Building Manager

I am partnered up with my client who is one of the biggest leaders internationally, in the Commercial Real Estate sector, and they are looking for a seasoned Building Manager. The role will be to take ownership and manage one of their most exciting and newest properties in their London portfolio.

The role:

This is a grade A plus asset, and it is due to be completed as a brand, new building by the end of the summer. You will be managing a 9-storey commercial property, consisting of over 200,000 sq ft.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mobilization of a new build property
• Management of the delivery of a high quality and compliant service
• Drafting and reconciliation of service charge and budget management
• Management of on-site staff and contractors
• Client and tenant liaison and relationship management
• Management of Health & Safety and Risk Assessment

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

• New building commercial property mobilization
• Management of buildings ~200,000 sq ft
• Multi-tenanted building management
• Management of service charge
• Taking sole responsibility for all elements of Health & Safety

You will need IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification and BIFM membership.
