Job Details
Fast paced and extremely busy EMEA Retail Advisory team need an SS or Associate Director level candidate to work closely with a growing international retailer, advising them on portfolio strategy, location analysis, and also driving cost efficiencies across their European store portfolio. You’ll act as their expert property advisor, consulting with them in regards to lease breaks, surrenders, acquisitions and disposals strategy; and then implement this advice through local brokers, maintaining the link between 3rd parties and the client.
Requirements
- MRICS with 2 year – 6 years PQE
- Retail sector expertise, ideally in either Retail Agency, Acquisitions & Disposals, or a Retail Professional team
- Strategic understanding of what drives Occupiers' Real Estate needs, and how best to translate this into property deliverables
