A well-established and dynamic development and investment company are presently looking for a Residential Investment and Development Agent to join their West End based office.
You will be part of an experienced team of consultants renowned in the market for their proven track record of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing development & investment opportunities
- Manging deals from start to finish
- Providing consultancy advice
- Build new and maintain existing client relationship
- Commercial and legal due diligence
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in residential land agency and have a strong transactional background.
