Tired of spending your time on the road? The traffic just seems to be getting worse and worse these days, so the less time sat looking at someone's brake-lights the better.
This is an opportunity for you to use your experience as a maintenance surveyor to join a leading charity, coordinating the regional surveyors and contractors, and all based from the comfort of their friendly office in Lincoln.
As the first port-of-call for queries from contractors, you'd be making decisions as needed and taking some workload from the regional team, becoming an integral part of the team.
You don't need to be chartered, but having the experience needed to do this effectively is a must.
