Our client, a leading property developer established over 20 years ago and with offices in London, Hong Kong and China, is looking for an experienced Property Sales Executive to help to drive the business forward. With a portfolio of beautiful buildings and transformed environments, this privately-owned company are looking for only the best.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working with an Estate Agency or within Property Sales who is looking for a new challenge within a forward-thinking company that is continuing to grow at a fast pace.

The Property Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Achieving specific monthly and annual sales and business targets.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and agents to secure and convert sales prospects.
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting progress against sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The ideal Property Sales Executive will have:

  • Industry insight and knowledge with property experience, probably from an estate agency or property development background.
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A good understanding of residential sales legal requirements.
  • Drive and ambition to succeed in all that they do.
