Sales Negotiator – Dulwich

Working in the buzzy Dulwich office, this is a great opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator who will thrive in an incentive driven environment with no limits. The Sales Negotiator will be joining an established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to their clients. With industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies, you will be provided with all that you need to help you to be the best you can be. 

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:

Building relationships with buyers and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements 
Attending viewing and handling negotiations
Keeping vendors and landlords constantly updated
Managing and overseeing the entire sale process, including dealing with solicitors, the signing of contracts and the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys!

The successful Sales Negotiator will have:

  • Have at least one years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Be incentivised by hitting targets to generate income
  • Be organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Be motivated to be successful
  • Have Solid driving ability
