Your new company
Your new company are a National Consultancy based in Cardiff who have a multidisciplinary client base. You will be working within a team who deliver professional valuation and development advice to a variety of private and public-sector clients.

Your new role
You will be a Valuation Surveyor working closely with the established Cardiff team you will have experience of providing valuation advice on various property types to a range of clients. The team is focused on portfolio valuations for social housing providers and their funders which involves travel across the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS (Full member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable but not essential.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing.

Personable and proactive style with the necessary confidence and ambition to grow your career as we achieve our plans to successfully grow the client base.

Team player keen to be involved with all types of property and professional work

High level of attention to detail and inquisitive nature

Produce clear and concise written reports and recommendations

Good time management skills, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met

Focus on profitability

Good working knowledge of IT, particularly excel

Willingness to travel, clean driving license

What you'll get in return
You will be permanently employed as a Valuation Surveyor, with an annual salary of £38,000, car allowance of £395 per hour, 23 days annual leave rising to 28 after 5 years of service, 4% employer pension contribution, 50% income protection, private healthcare through BUPA and cash plans for dental and optical, 2 x life cover.

Access to bonus scheme - if you fee earn twice your cost of employment in 1 financial year you will earn circa 30% bonus of anything you earn.
