London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is seeking a Development Manager to provide support to the Head of Development and project team in the delivery and implementation of development and regeneration projects on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and within the wider LLDC area.

You will be expected to work autonomously managing a wide range of projects from small to large workstreams which will support the delivery of larger development and regeneration projects. Reporting to and under the guidance of the Head of Development and wider project team, you will directly manage relationships with stakeholders, directly negotiate commercial and property development contracts, research and prepare reports as well as procure and manage consultants and advisors to support the project delivery.

To be considered for this role you will ideally be degree level qualified in Estate Management, Surveying or a RICS accredited property degree, or equivalent. Ideally but not essential, you will hold a professional membership (RICS).

You will have a track record in managing property development projects from inception to completion, ideally with a good mix of sector experience and with excellent stakeholder management experience both internally and externally.
