Job Details
Macdonald & Company are currently working with a SME Practice based in the West End.
They are looking to recruit a property manager in order to enable us to service and extend their client portfolios, liaise with tenants and clients and their professional advisers and undertake all other matters relating to day-to-day management.
The successful applicant will be motivated, have planning and organisational skills, the ability to manage his/her own time, good inter-personal skills and it is vital that the individual must be a team player. The applicant must have at least 2 years experience and must have some experience and knowledge set out below and must be working towards their APC.
Salary is up to £32,000 + benefits.
