Senior Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join an emerging and entrepreneurial developer in Central London. Our client is agile in nature and has a true mixed residential portfolio that include high-rise and regeneration projects.
With a large residential pipeline at various stages of the development cycle, the successful candidate will have experience in taking projects from acquisition through to completion.
Role Overview
- Conduct site assembly and due diligence during land acquisition
- Managing planning applications
- Overseeing construction of projects
Key Requirements
- Proven history in delivering residential-led schemes
- Experience of working in a JV
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
Salary
- Up to £85,000 + bonus
