My client is looking for a Repairs Manager to work on an initial 10 month contract with the potential of extension.
About the role
- Working in the repairs, maintenance and construction team
- Lead a team and make sure they are completing tasks
- Support the 'Head Of'
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Ensure delivery is done to a high standard
About you
- Extensive knowledge of building regulations
- Management experience
- Social housing/local authority experience
- Driving licence
