We are seeking a RICS accredited Property & Asset Strategy Director in the Yorkshire region who is interested in a fixed term contract position. Asset & Property Strategy, and Programme Management experince will be required to do this role.

Michael Page are partnered with one of our large public sector clients in the Yorkshire region to help find the most relevant Property & Asset Management professional to do this fixed term contract role.

Description

  • Lead and manage Property Strategic and Assessment Management across the estates
  • Lead and manage the corporate landlord function
  • Constructively manage the capacity and structure of the corporate landlord function
  • Oversee effective contract management on all property, FM and estates contracts
  • Improve performance on the commercial estate and FM outsource contracts
  • Ensure effective property and development strategies, and asset management modelling
  • Ensure and lead implementation of strategic property and asset programmes
  • Prepare annual revenue of rolling capital budgets
  • This is a fixed term contract role

    • Profile

  • Proven experience at a senior level of property management
  • In commutable distance to Leeds
  • Proven experience of effectively leading and managing substantial property partnerships
  • Experience of leading operational property portfolio management and portfolio rationalisation
  • Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - essential
  • Understanding of the trends in national policy around the public sector
  • Understanding of corporate and partnership working
  • Understanding of good governance principles
  • Proven track record of successful leadership, in managing change incorporating successful strategy development planning
  • Proven track record of successful management of senior teams
