Associate Director / Junior Director Central London valuations

The client who is a leading consultancy is looking to recruit an Associate director or Junior director, the role will be out of their office in the west end. The role is paying up to £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc.

The role

  • This will involve providing valuations for loan security, financial reporting and acquisition purposes to a range of clients who lend or invest in London.
  • Assets will be predominantly commercial although there will be a degree of retail, residential and mixed use investments together with development work.
  • Part of the role will be to maintain and extend existing important client relationships whilst helping to deliver further growth through new mandates.
  • To provide valuations and related advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients many of whom are core clients of the firm;     
  • Specialises in providing valuation advice in this high value, fast moving market.
  • Advice is provided on a broad range of asset types, but principally involves offices, retail and mixed-used developments
  • Works with major banks and investors among a broad spectrum of local, national and international clients
  • Provides specialist advice to clients based on thorough sector knowledge through wider collaboration with market leading capital markets, agency, research and management teams.

Requirements

  • MRICS/Registered Valuer
  • Central London experience ideal, although this is not essential
  • Knowledge of Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise valuation packages
  • Strong verbal and numerical skills, an eye for detail and to be comfortable with detailed report writing.
