The role sits within the Property Team which is responsible for developing and delivering a property strategy for the Brands. The successful applicant will be a member of the RICS with a minimum 3/5 years’ experience, to help us deliver a first-class retail estate.  Responsibilities include

• Day to day property management across the portfolio
• Strengthen relationships with Landlords
• Handle Rent Reviews In-house and through appointed Surveyors
• Oversee property costs
• Work with our appointed rating surveyors to maximise savings
• Manage store disposals
• Assist in the production of Property Budgets
• Experience working with maintenance teams
