An exciting new opportunity has arisen with one of my clients in the public sector, my client is looking for a part-time Interim Estates Surveyor to join their new team.

Your role will be to undertake Landlord and Tenant duties, involving rent reviews and lease renewals across a broad range of commercial portfolios. You will deal with lettings, acquisitions, disposals and selling a portfolio of commercial properties owned by the council, managing external property agents and driving transactions to completion.

The role will give you the autonomy to work freely within a flexible work schedule and operate as an independent professional advisor alongside receiving supervision and guidance from the Manager.

The ideal individual will be chartered or have a minimum of 3 years' experience in General Practice Surveying.
