Head of Land, Residential Development, North West Competitive Basic Salary + Car + Bonus

As Head of Land you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for buying land for short-term and medium-term use, on both a conditional and unconditional basis across the North West. 

My client is an award winning house builder who produce a high specification product. They have a true passion for quality, strong culture and proud history of success. They are expanding their operations and look to appoint a Head of Land to support their ambitious growth plans.

This opportunity offers a fast-track to directorship. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior land professional who has a strong network of contacts across the North West and is an outstanding negotiator. They will be motivational, enthusiastic and a team player.
