Innovative Housing Association seeks a forward thinking and proven Development Manager to join them as their Regional Development Manager.
This development manager opportunity will see you take responsibility for managing the regional development programme fro the Housing Association, producing sustainable and quality accommodation at minimal cost. You will manage and develop relationships with key local stakeholders, and represent the association at numerous local events.
Front end development management experience is vital, knowledge of planning processes, negotiating with local authorities and experience of working with build contracts and and land owners.
This will be ideal for an individual looking for management and responsibility within a collaborative environment that values work life balance and supports ambition.
