Investment Analyst/Associate | Real Estate Debt

We are working exclusively with a global alternative asset manager who have two core strategies that are; venture capital and real estate debt. This role will sit within the debt team and will be focused on lending in Central Europe.

It is a small team so it is important that you can work well in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. Given the geographical location, fluent German is prerequisite

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and preparation of financial models for potential investments
• Underwriting, research and due diligence on opportunities and sponsors
• Supporting the Partners in the execution of active deals
• Preparation of credit committee documents

The successful candidate must have an active history of lending in Central Europe and be inquisitive about technology. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with excellent Excel knowledge. Our client provides a lot of flexibility in the workplace so it is crucial that you can work under your own initiative.
