Property Manager - Central London - £28,000 to £33,000

Our client, the world’s leading independent international property consultancy are now looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual who has at least three years’ experience in a similar property management role. Based in their Central London head office, you will work closely with their Residential Lettings Management department.

The successful Property Manager will:

  • Work well within a team.
  • Provide a responsive and collaborative service internally.
  • Externally, ensuring you build on new and existing relationships is essential.
  • Have the ability to communicate with landlords, tenants and staff in a confident and professional manner at all times.
  • Being ARLA qualified is an advantage.

You will have basic knowledge of:

  • Heating and hot water systems.
  • Plumbing and electrical systems.

Supported by your manager the Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring you undertake all aspects of property management, including:

  • Reactive management.
  • Preventative management.
  • Health and safety and compliance.
  • Assisting with complaints or advice required.
  • Escalating to the Head of Property Management where appropriate.
