Exciting Estates Surveyor opportunity with feeder of one of the UK's largest UK property consultancies


Your new company
Your new company is the outcome of a partnership between one of the largest and fastest growing property and infrastructure consultancies and an ambitious North West City Council. They cover both the public and private sectors, and cover a wide range of disciplines from property and surveying, to full design and cost control services, to development control and policy services.

Your new role
Your new role will give you great diversity in the workplace, whether you are out performing valuations, negotiations, CPOs, acquisitions or disposals of all types of land and property, no two days will ever be the same. You will be required to help manage the portfolio, and assist with the city's regeneration and growth agenda, meaning you can have a real impact on the city's appearance, and also peoples lives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a couple of years' experience within the property and estates field, pursuing MRICS status. You'll need to have experience of working with acquisitions, disposals, business rates, valuations and L&T work.
