Senior Development Engineer – Residential Developer
Milton Keynes
Permanent position: £55,000 - £65,000 plus package, car and bonus
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a civil engineering background who is interested in working for a housebuilder that have design-led elements to their housetypes. We need a real communicator as part of this role will include corresponding with lots of different teams and departments.
The company is happy to support a Senior Engineer, Development Engineer or Technical Coordinator who is looking for a step up as long as they can demonstrate their passion to quality and dedication to progressing and developing their own skillset. A previous track record of progressing quickly wouldn’t go a miss either!
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to manage a team and all technical aspects. You will also have the opportunity to get involved on site managing groundworks subcontractors as well as working with more obscure areas such as acoustic engineering, so the role will be interesting and varied.
