Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant - South West London
With an ever-expanding city, the need for homes is a given. We are always on the look out for good salesman who are well established within the New Homes industry. Requirements:
- Must have worked within New Homes beforehand, or at least sold a property offplan or from a marketing suite
- A strong understanding of the property market within London is key
- Good local knowledge
- Happy within a face to face sales role, working both on your own and within a team
- Working within a target driven environment
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking viewings
- Answering any enquires regarding site details or the local area
- Taking customers around the show home and marketing suite in a professional manner
- Help walk-ins
- Call through a database of both warm and cold clients and try and generate new leads
