Interim Opportunity - Senior Estimator - Public Sector Organisation - South London - Long term opportunity

Your new company
This large organisation based in South East London are currently looking to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their team on an ongoing contractual basis. With offices based close to the local bus and train stations, making this a very accessible location.

Your new role
The main objective of the role is to support the quantity surveyors in pricing documents related to construction projects, and tender for all their public housing refurbishment projects, including decent homes programs.
You'll identify variations required and advise accordingly.
You'll be tasked to convert successful bids into profitable bids, assuring value for money.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Extensive experience, minimum 10y PQE, having worked for main or subcontractors.
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• You'll have a good understanding of all current and new relevant technical legislation, policies and procedures and the ability to relate their implications and applications.
