A fanstic opportunity has arisn for a graduate buliding surveyor to join one of Londons most prestigous estates.
Owing to the growth in The Estate, the team need to recruit an additional Building Surveyor to maintain the investment it has made and continues to make in improving this part of London.
The Project and Building Surveying Team are responsible for the delivery of development and refurbishment projects, reactive repair works and planned cyclical repair projects. The team also provide support and advice in matters relating to landlord and tenant, building defects and fire insurance reinstatement valuations.
Dutie will include:
Essential
- Knowledge of the construction of traditional and modern buildings.
- Working knowledge of current CDM Regulations and H&S Legislation
- Experienced in diagnosing common defects in buildings,
- Experienced in managing building and maintenance projects and contractors.
- Experienced in the management of programmes of work.
- Professional, polite and well-mannered approach.
