My client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of it being extended.
About the role
- Provide repairs and maintenance services
- Develop relationships with tenants and reporting conditions back to senior management.
- You will be part of the repairs team delivering a professional maintenance service focusing on responsive and void repairs
- Stock condition surveys
- Provide technical advice for the organisation where necessary
- Diagnose defects & prepare specifications
About you
- Experienced in maintenance/repairs surveying
- Housing maintenance
- Social housing experience
- Higher national certificate in building or relevant
- Full, valid driving licence
