My client is a specialist developer who build high quality affordable housing. They are about to embark on an ambitious development plan and therefore it is an exciting time to join this well established and funded team.

As Land Manager you will identify and secure land for residential development. You will be expected to build connections with land agents, LA’s, land owners, as well as creating partnerships with other local registered providers.

Duties to include:

  • Identify potential land and business opportunities
  • Deliver the organisations acquisition plan
  • Undertake detailed appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Development joint venture partnerships
  • Prepare reports for the Executive Management Team

The ideal candidate will have experience of land acquisition and new business development, ideally in the affordable housing or residential sectors. They will have the initiative to work independently when needed and the confidence to build new relationships as well as liaising with existing contacts.
