Weekend New Homes Sales Consultant - Cranleigh

Our client is one of the leading Property Consultancies in the UK with a well-established Land & New Homes team based in Surrey. We are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to work every week on a stunning scheme based in Cranleigh town centre.

This is a unique development compromising of contemporary 2,3,4 bedroom family homes in a highly sought after location. Our client is looking for a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant with a minimum of 1 years experience selling off plan property on-site who can deliver excellent customer service but also meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate must be available to start ASAP. This is an ongoing temp role until the scheme completes.

You will need to be proactive, hungry and innovative with a strong knowledge and understanding of the New Homes industry in Surrey and own fantastic customer service skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Off-plan sales within a marketing suite
• Conducting and booking viewings round the showrooms
• Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process up to exchange
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Working within a team to ensure targets are met

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in New homes
• Must be available to work every weekend
• Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
• Have good computer skills inclusive of excel
• Available every weekend
• Eager for career progression
• Strong, hungry personality
• Extensive knowledge of the New Homes industry
