Your new role

Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Prime Central London Valuations

This is a role designed for a chartered mrics valuer who holds residential valuation experience, where the successful candidate will be responsible for writing detailed reports on behalf on major lenders including; Lloyds, Barclays, UBS, Credit Swiss and Standard Chartered Bank. The role will require a surveyor who is outgoing, confident in their own ability to value high value residential assets in the range of £3m - £100m. There is limited development or portfolio valuations as the business largely focus on Investment Valuations.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Registered Valuer - Essential

• Proven track record of writing detailed residential valuation reports for major lenders
• The ability to work under pressure individually and as part of a wider team of 12 valuation surveyors
• Excellent written and oral skills to advise and negotiate on behalf of high value clients

A competitive market salary of £40,000 - £45,000 will be offered plus a corporate benefits package.
