Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant - North Watford
Were currently on the look out for strong salesman who are looking to further their experience within New Homes. Our client is looking for someone with previous New Homes experience, selling offplan, from a marketing suite, whilst based on the development. You will be selling their new builds to a large range of clients, from first time buyers to investors, so much have a strong understanding of the sales procedure.
Requirements:
- Must have worked within New Homes beforehand, or at the very least sold offplan whilst working within an estate agent
- Available to work weekends ongoing (with two days off during the week)
- Comfortable selling to a range of customers, both first time buyers and high net worth individuals
- Got market knowledge of the local area
Responsibilities:
- Selling offplan, from a marketing suite, whilst dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Working full time, over the weekend
- Calling up potential clients to try and book a viewing
- Answer any incoming calls regarding the local area and the site
- Maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite
