Your new company
You will work for a small construction consultancy based in Derbyshire. They offer a friendly environment to work in, along with flexible working and the opportunity to work across a variety of areas.

Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor, working with development, residential, commercial, religious and leisure projects, working with contract administration, tender documents, bills of quantities and employers agent work. You will also look at fee proposals, service delivery and preparing estimates.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good technical knowledge within quantity surveying, as well as experience with tender documents, cost plans and JCT and NEC3 contracts. You will ideally be MRICS qualified, however this is not essential.
