You will work for a leading construction consultancy that work with commercial, higher education, industrial and public sector organisations. You will work in a large office based in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior/Associate Director working on a number of projects and developing business. The already large building surveying team are achieving success after success, and this role allows a senior surveyor to come in to the business and manage a team of up to 6 surveyors. You will work with condition surveys, project management, design specification and other surveying duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within a Building Surveying capacity and be confident in developing business. You will be keen to develop your career and lead from the front within the building surveying team. It will be beneficial for you to be MRICS qualified or equivalent.
