Duties will include:
- Managing and generating your own applicants through advertising on relevant websites.
- Conducting viewings and managing your own diary and generating offers
- Developing long standing relationships with clients delivering detailed and constructive feedback
- Being aware of market conditions and trends and PR opportunities
- Providing exceptional and efficient customer service and promoting the firm in the best light
The ideal candidate for this role should:
- Have at least 1-2 years' residential lettings experience in London
- Be compelling, composed, consultative and demonstrate exceptional phone manner
- Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally and represent the company to the highest standards
- Be competent in working to and exceeding sales targets
- Conscientious, organised, reliable with excellent organisation skills
