Senior Property Manager

Client side JV with over 300 assets in the North West is looking for an experienced, Senior Property Manager


Your new company
Landlord to over 4000 assets nationwide, they are the leading small business landlord in the UK, providing services to all manner of businesses. They have over 300 commercial assets in the North West, and are now looking to re-evaluate the portfolio, increase profitability and really get the most of this massive opportunity.

A new joint venture formed this year aims to provide a high quality service too all their tenants, ensuring their businesses can run to their full potential.

Your new role
You will be the Senior Property Manager reporting into the Regional Head of Property, and given hundreds of assets of your own to manage. You'll manage tenant communications, repairs, lease breaches, credit control, maintenance and handle all costings, tenant enquiries and contractors.

You will be responsible for providing a top quality service to your customers, be customer facing, and maintaining the value of the assets you manage.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a client or customer facing role in Property/Estates Management in commercial, retail and/or industrial sectors. You'll have demonstrable experience of maintaining a large number of commercial assets & tenants, and demonstrate that you can adapt to any and all situations, with excellent customer service at the forefront of everything you do.
