We are looking for an Acquisitions Surveyor to join the Acquisitions Team at McDonald’s.

Based in the UK, the Acquisitions Surveyor will be responsible for the delivery of the Company’s exciting ten year growth strategy across a defined geographical region, which can be flexible for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Identify opportunities across the region in line with the market development plan
  • Manage the acquisition process for suitable sites from site location through to opening
  • Develop agency, landlord and developer networks across the region
  • Build strong internal relationships with Property, Construction, Finance and Operations teams

The Candidate

  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor with post qualification experience
  • Strong market knowledge of the A3 and A5 market, both in and out of town.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels
  • Exceptional negotiation and project management skills
