Managing Director, To Establish New Housebuilding Business, Home Counties, Quality Product

About the Client 
My client is a major property investor and non-standard mixed-use developer. The next stage of their business plan is to develop a traditional housebuilding business that will cover the Home Counties and deliver a high-quality product, on select sites growing to circa 300 – 400 units pa.

About the Role 
You will effectively be given the remit to build a business from scratch, with funding and business support. You will be tasked with identifying and appointing a talented team, acquiring sites across the Home Counties and delivering a high-margin, high-quality product. You will report to the CEO of the Group and be given a level of autonomy that is rarely afforded.

Personal Requirements 
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial, self-starter who has the ability and drive to develop a business - from ground up. You have an intimate knowledge of the housebuilding sector within the Home Counties, having led a (housebuilding) business as managing director. You will be able to develop new housing focused systems & processes, build the brand and ultimately achieve the business plan that you will be heavily involved in perfecting.
