Residential Investment Valuation

West End London

A global real Estate consultancy have an excellent role for a surveyor to join the Residential Investment team, to focus on portfolio valuations.

  • The job is primarily to undertake residential valuations and appraisal.
  • Clients include: The types of properties valued by the department are mainly in central London, but some portfolio and investment work include assets outside London. Residential from small houses to large prime central London assets to mixed used developments.
  • The role will expose you to other areas such as leasehold reform, investment, loan security and litigation.
  • Negotiation of lease extensions and enfranchisement.

Future development will be offered in this position to develop other clients which will lead to independent work and your own client base.

This role will suit a recently qualified surveyor to a senior surveyor levl.

To apply for this role you must be MRICS qualified and a RICS Red Book residential valuations.
