Role: Technical Partner - Leading on TDD
Salary: up to £75,000 + generous package
Location: London

Capstone are currently recruiting for an independent building consultancy, as they are looking to expand their team by taking an Associate to Director level Building Surveyor who specialises in technical due diligence. It is an exciting chance to join a renowned building consultancy with an extensive network of projects and clients, competing against some of the largest real estate agencies and consultancies in the UK.

There is a real opportunity for progression for a driven individual, as you will be developing and promoting technical due diligence for the consultancy on a nationwide basis. As a Technical Partner, you will also be expected to co-ordinate large TDD instructions within your own team, whilst building relationships with both old and new clients.

The Role:

  • Delivering on large TDD instructions
  • Develop and implement a TDD Strategy
  • Develop business and build client relationships
  • Develop TDD service, increasing the consultancy's reputation for TDD in the market

About you:

  • MRICS Qualified
  • Proven experience working in a commercial consultancy
  • Well established and known in the TDD market
  • Motivated to take on instructions and complete them with the finest detail
  • Proven experience of leading and managing a team
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
