What is the opportunity?

Working for a top tier property consultancy, you will work on 2-3 client accounts taking responsibility for their property transactions across an occupied portfolio.


What Are The Key Responsibilities?

  • Transaction management e.g. acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals & dilapidations.
  • Identifying portfolio optimisation opportunities
  • Regular dialogue with the Global and Regional Real Estate & Facilities leads
  • Liaise with other stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Insurance & Treasury
  • Preparing business case approval documents including financial analysis / NPV's
  • Manage leases throughout the term, supporting in FM, property management & lease administration issues
  • Integration of properties acquired as part of M&A activity
  • Updating transaction information in the workflow management tool
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting



What Skills / Experience Do I Need?

  • Experience of commercial property transactions
  • Experience of lease structuring or estate management
  • Experience in identifying portfolio optimisation opportunities
  • MRICS is preferential but not essential



What remuneration is on offer?

  • A competitive salary based on current market levels, plus car allowance, bonus etc.
