Project Manager for up to 6 months on a temporary contract
Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are based in Essex. You will be providing support for a number of minor building works projects that should be over a 6 month period. This role will be outside of IR35.
Your new role
As a project manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a number of on site building refurbishments and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for preparing detailed specifications for minor works projects and will deal with procurement processes in accordance with clients requirements. You will also be responsible for on-site supervision of projects, cost control and liaising with contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience in a related post and have the ability to manage multiple small scale projects.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive daily rate of between £300-350. On site parking is also provided.
