Your new role

Your new employer has an exciting pipeline of projects lined up ahead within their Commercial department. You will work on large scale projects within Birmingham, Manchester and London. You will provide pre and post contract commercial services including preparing tenders, estimates, contract administration and being employer's agent.

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor, ideally Senior, with experience within the commercial sector. A successful candidate will be able to lead a small team and carry out Business Development. You will be a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
