Maintenance Manager (Restaurants)

Our client is a leading brand in the commercial hospitality sector and require a Maintenance Manager to assist in the effective running of the maintenance and facilities support of the restaurant estate in the North. 

• Responsible for the management of the day to day running of the maintenance function, monitoring and managing contractors to ensure restaurants remain open and trading.
• Manage the performance of external maintenance contractors to provide the operators with a first class service, ensuring reactive maintenance needs are met and preventative and compliance issues are planned. 
• Plan and deliver a range of small projects like refurbishments and equipment roll outs

Candidates must have recent experience in managing the maintenance for a food and beverage or restaurant business or food retail as either a Maintenance manager or contractor.   You will have a good attention to detail, great planning and organisational skills, technical building or maintenance knowledge and an appreciation of good restaurant design.
