Land Manager roles - Cambridge, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham

I am searching for Land Managers to join a highly successful developer who operate nationwide. They currently have a number of Land Manager positions available at various offices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge. Due to recent success they are looking to grow their team to secure more land led opportunities throughout the UK.

The company specialise in affordable housing but they are set up like a private developer and therefore have a preference to those coming from private developers and House builders. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a well-funded and dynamic Housing Association then get in touch.

The Land Managers responsibilities will include:

• Source and acquire sites for residential development
• Carry out in depth due diligence on opportunities
• Create and maintain relationships with Land owners and Agents
• Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and strategy
• Work closely with the Head of Land on negotiations of sites

The ideal Land manager is likely to:

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience of Land acquisition
• Currently work at private developer or House builder
• Be an effective communicator with leadership qualities
• Have a strong and proven track record of identification and acquisition or sites

Salary and Bonus:

• 50,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
• Car allowance
• Performance related bonus
