About the Role
You will work with the Technical Director and very closely with the other disciplines. You would have responsibility for all projects in terms of the delivery of compliance and Certification, with respect to Design, Planning, Building Control, Building Warranty, etc. Building Design (Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEC Services) is outsourced. Key to the role is the ability to value engineer design and construction solutions ensuring cost effective outcomes. 

Personal Requirements 
You are a degree educated technical professional with a broad experience based within the residential/construction sector. You are highly capable and have excellent project management, problem solving and value engineering skills/experience. You are bright, dynamic and keen to join a business with a team focussed environment.
