Small, successful investment and management consultancy looking for commercially savvy Asset Manager


Your new company
This commercial property investment and management company, based in the centre of Manchester with excellent modern office space, has increased their client portfolio in the past 12 months and is expecting continued growth over the coming years. Advising on key investment opportunities and also being retained as managing agents for properties across the Northwest, they are looking to become a major player in the Manchester market and require experienced and ambitious professionals to assist them in the process.

Your new role
You will primarily be involved in the day to day property management of several assets, handling maintenance, service charges, rent reviews, rent collection, tenant liaison and account management. You will take real ownership of these properties and be responsible for them, their value and the fees they generate.

Secondly you will need to be able to spot commercial opportunities to increase your fees, whether through rent reviews, lease negotiations, development, refurbs or value added services.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have property management experience on commercial properties in the UK - you'll be adept at building tenant relationships with a firm but fair approach. You must also be commercially savvy and able to spot opportunities to increase the revenue gained from the properties and services you provide.
