Location: Lincolnshire

Permanent Position: £40,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Are you a Senior Engineer or an Experienced Civil Engineer working housebuilder or developer predominantly on residential projects and feel ready for your next challenge?

This business is offering a great opportunity to take a comfortable step up to managing a few sites as an Engineering Manager. You will have the support of the company’s Technical Director who is working is currently working on the sites themselves, so will know the job inside out!

As part of the role you will be managing external consultants working on sites from post-acquisition, monitoring progress of the adoption of roads, sewers and drainage, reviewing technical drawings and ensuring all work is done on time and to budget.
