Our client is a well-established, independent multi branch sales and lettings estate agency brand.  They are looking for a Head of New Homes Sales, to work closely with the Group Sales and Lettings Director and the Chairman with a remit to build a strong new homes brand for the business.  This will be achieved by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new developer clients, ensuring that a market-leading new homes service is offered.

Main duties will include sourcing land opportunities for clients as well as new homes scheme sales opportunities for branches in Birmingham, Solihull and Nottingham.  You’ll create pricing schedules and market-leading new homes sales proposals.  The role is all about developing strong working relationships with both existing and new clients as well as branch managers and colleagues across the business, driving new homes sales and supporting branches with sales progression challenges.

You’ll have proven estate agency experience, being able to demonstrate success with strong results.  You're driven and motivated with strong relationship building skills, able to quickly gain rapport with clients and colleagues.  Able to demonstrate your ability to win new business and close deals, you have excellent presentation and communication skills.  You'll need a full, clean UK driving licence.
