Project Manager - Housebuilder – Hampshire c£50,000 - £60,000

Client

My client is a dynamic, award winning residential developer who create and build design led schemes of the highest quality. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager who will have an integral impact in developing outstanding residential schemes.

Role

Reporting to the Development Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of sites in the development phase from land acquisition to build start.  You will lead an internal project team consisting of land, design, technical, commercial and construction professionals and relevant external consultants to ensure build start is on time and within budget.

Person

You will have several years’ experience of working as a Project/Construction Management post for a developer, private practise, contractor or professional organisation with the ability to manage all aspects of a project from land acquisition to build start.  A natural leader you will have experience of managing teams and programming whilst driving and delivering projects.  Experience of dealing with local authorities and knowledge of the planning system is desirable.
