Job Details

We are working with a well-known lender who are looking to grow the development finance team. They are focused on SME lending with a well-structured and competitively priced product. They are a leader for providing specialist finance across the UK. The team is extremely customer focused and are a relationship driven Bank. A large part of their property lending is repeat business due to the exceptional customer service they provide.

Responsibilities:

  • New business Origination and the underwriting of transitions with the view of presenting to credit committee
  • Management of Intermediaries and existing customers. Generating of deals through banks existing initiatives and using broker network.
  • Management of own Portfolio. Responsibility for relationship and risk management, identifying any risk situations.
  • Loan Management, including site visits and liaison with solicitors, valuers and other professional advisers.

The location of the role is flexible but ideally, it will be based in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record lending both sides of the financial crisis and will have a vast network of developments and introducer.
