Condition & Energy Assessor - South West

Opportunity for a Domestic Energy Assessor to further progress into a Surveying and Data Collection role

Your new company
You'll be further progressing your surveying career by working for a large not for profit organisation who are responsible for the maintenance and statutory compliance of property across the Somerset, Devon and wider South West region. You'll be working alongside Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Stock Condition Surveyors in your role as part of a wider compliance and data collection team.

Your new role
You will utilise your existing knowledge in residential property to undertake a broad surveying and property analysis role which will include completing domestic energy assessments. Your role will involve visiting new build properties to assess the condition and whereabouts of all serviceable elements of the property, inputting data into an electronic tablet.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this varied surveying role, you will need to have some existing knowledge of domestic properties including the whereabouts of serviceable property elements. As well as this you will need to have a Domestic Energy Assessment certificate with the ability to produce EPCs.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be rewarded with an initial six month contract and competitive hourly rate of up to £24.50 per hour. Alternatively, if you are seeking a permanent position, then you'll receive a starting salary of £35,000.
