Land Manager – North West - House Builder – Salary to £45,000 (DOE) with Excellent Bonus

My client is an award winning house builder who produce a high specification product throughout the North West of England. With a true passion for quality, strong culture and proud history of success they are expanding their operations and look to appoint a Land Manager to support their ambitious growth plans.

About the role:

Reporting to the Land  Director you will be responsible for buying land for short and medium-term use, on both a conditional and unconditional basis. You are either a Land Buyer seeking the next step up in your career or an existing Land Manager ready for a fresh challenge. You are an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the target area.

What We're Looking for:

Commercially aware and delivery focussed you will be able demonstrate your success in land acquisition. First class communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both internal and external contacts, using your persuasive character to co-ordinate and negotiate deals.

Current working knowledge of the North West land market is essential.
